Problem
The Institute had grown into a trusted destination for advanced urologic care, but their brand and physical environment had not kept pace with their reputation. Printed materials and signage felt inconsistent, interiors did not fully convey the modern quality of their care, and exterior visibility could be strengthened to better guide patients. Wayfinding and collateral also presented opportunities to create a more seamless and reassuring experience. By addressing these areas, the Institute could better align the patient journey with the high standard of care already being delivered.

We developed a unified brand system that brought consistency and professionalism to every aspect of the Institute’s identity. This included a refreshed logo, color palette, and typography, redesigned print and digital collateral, updated interior spaces with branded wayfinding, and new exterior signage that improved visibility and presence.
