Joey is the result of many years struggling with traditional ladders in an industrial setting too confined for traditional scissor lifts. Looking for a more efficient and less physically demanding means of reaching work spaces in the 6-12 ft range, Joey PivotLift was born.

As a product, it is unique in the sense that it weighs less than 500 pounds, can pivot a full 360 degrees from a stationary position and consumes no more of a footprint when compared to a 6ft traditional ladder. James Arthur Design Co. was tasked with naming, brand and logo design, product photography, and the development of marketing and collateral materials as part of the construction product branding for Joey PivotLift.

Our work extended beyond design into creative marketing, including the serialized story campaign, The Adventures of Lin and Joey, which helped Joey PivotLift connect with a local community in a way that traditional ads couldn’t. Learn more about this campaign.
